Lakeview Golf CourseLakeview Golf Course is a great little course located in Mound, MN, just off of Lake Minnetonka. Their previous site had no information about the course, leagues, rates, or tee times. Also, as a relatively unknown coures, Lakeview was looking to get more search engine results in hope that would create new customers. How We Got StartedStarting with a new design, Litespeed focused on improving and expanding the content of the site to give site visitors a better understanding of what the course is like and why it's fun to golf there. We also added a sign-up area for email promotions, and a weather component so site visitors can see what to expect if interest in going golfing. Project ResultsSite visitors have been signing up year-round for the promotional emails, generating a much larger base of golfers than previously available. Also, Lakeview sold more member cards the summer after the site was launched than it had ever sold before. Great results! |
